SRG have been appointed to recruit a Swedish Customer Service Advisor to work for leading online gaming company in Gibraltar.
This is a permanent position and a relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry.
The roles will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting/gaming experience. Skills and experience required:• Strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment• Excellent telephone manner• Be flexible on working hours• Have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year• Be well educated, ideally to degree level• Already be living locally preferred but not essential• Bingo, Casino or Poker Experience is an advantage

To lead and support the product management teams (sportsbook, casino, poker, games and bingo) with the creation, execution and analysis of the company’s eCRM activities. The major focus of this role will be to develop campaigns that maximise usage and revenues across customer base through promotional activity to existing customers.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:· Creation and ownership of the eCRM strategic plan and ongoing programme· Engage with key stakeholders in the development & ongoing management of the CRM strategic plan · Design, test, execution & analysis of eCRM campaigns· Optimise efficiency and quality of campaigns· Ongoing development of eCRM approach to player · Plan, execute and analyse campaigns · Ensure consistency within player communication.· Liaise with product and creative teams to coordinate the copy and graphics for each campaign· Manage the customer database, segment populations for contact· Measure, evaluate and report on success· Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for maximising customer value· Monitor and measure the KPIs for all eCRM campaigns, complete post-campaign analysis and report to key stakeholders· Tracking financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting.· Quality monitoring to ensure consistent communication in eCRM programmes across the brand portfolio
Skills/Experience Required: · eCRM experience in an online gambling environment.· Experience of communications channels and CRM systems, preferably Silverpop· Self-motivated with ability to work independently· Ability to create and manage procedures and processes· Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment· Excellent copywriting skills· Experience and understanding of web analytics· Keen and enthusiastic (a “can do” attitude is essential)· Positive attitude· An understanding of Database Selection· An understanding of Campaign Analysis.· Preferred, but not essential, understanding of SQL.

The role will suit a compliance professional who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role will involve various aspects of compliance in accordance with developing requirements, including compliance with applicable Banking and Anti Money Laundering regulations in Gibraltar and other EEA jurisdictions, as well as major credit card companies. You will need to familiarise yourself with all relevant rules and regulations (both in Gibraltar and elsewhere), with a view to reviewing, creating, implementing and/or updating required compliance and best practice procedures and policies in a timely manner, and ensuring that these are being adhered to. Candidates will need at least 4 years previous experience of compliance in a financial services environment or have a legal background.
