Traveling with pets.
Your pet is permitted to enter Gibraltar provided you meet certain requirements.
All cats and dogs, who are coming to Gibraltar with residents of EU Member States, can come to Gibraltar so long as they are in good health and have a current and valid certificate of rabies vaccination. If this is their first, or primary rabies vaccination, this must have been given not less than 28 days before you bring your dog or cat to Gibraltar.
Cats and dogs on board yachts visiting Gibraltar are not permitted to come ashore unless they are properly vaccinated against rabies and you must be able to prove that your cat or dog has not visited any country outside the EU during the last six months.
Each place you will visit and each hotel has its own rules about your pet. Don't forget to contact your hotel for details.
