Hi there! I'm from Lisbon and I'm going down to Gibraltar for a two weeks period to stay with some friends. I'm portuguese and therefore memeber of the European Union. To enter in Gibraltar do I need Passport (as if going to Africa, America?) or the simple ID will be enough?
Thank you very much for your attention

Always take passport when you travel abroad. Here's some more information but you'll get the most accurate answer by just contacting your Ministério dos negócios estrangeiros ;) http://www.timaticweb.com/cgi-bin/tim_website_client.cgi?SpecData=1&VISA=&page=visa&NA=PT&PASSTYPES=PASS&DE=GI&user=DL&subuser=DELTAB2C

Yeah, I would never travel from one country to another without bringing my passport.
