Duties To work within the Creative team, working on cutting edge designs for site layouts, print designs and banner creatives. To ensure designs meet both usability nad brand guideline requirements. To support the Creative Manager in the regulation of the Client's Brand. To support the Creative Manager in the mentoring of Junior team members. Requirements Extensive Web Design Knowledge and awareness. Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and Dreamweaver Knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator a bonus HTML and CSS awareness University degree preferred Mentoring of juniors an advantage Excellent Organisational and Communication skills Understanding of best practice and techniques Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
