Our Client offers Poker, Casino, Bingo, Scratch Cards, Exchange Betting, Sports Book, Games and Financial Betting. Our Client is quoted on the Swedish stock exchange. Our Client has a modern office in Malta, and they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to help assist our ever growing customer database. The Service Advisor has to be native in French and fluent in Spanish and English in speaking and writing. Examples of tasks: • Various day-to-day activities, including answering phones, emails and chats and providing assistance to clients and sales staff. • Generate reports. • Translate promotional texts. • Serve as primary customer interface to our customers. Wanted qualifications: • Experience in handling queries and in-person customer service is a plus. • Excellent verbal skills. • Good typewriting skills. • Internet knowledge. • Must possess the ability to work well with a highly self-directed team of associates. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual. • Ability to carry out oral and written instructions.
