Marketing Analyst - Gibraltar - Ref: 172
A Marketing Analyst is required to monitor, analyse and report on campaigns, activity and player behaviour in order to enable informed decision-making within the business. They will analyse and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions and identify trends in player life cycle as well as help improve website design and define business intelligence requirements.
Responsibilities: · Develop lifetime value models in order to enable informed decisions and target marketing efforts more effectively.· Develop churn models in order to understand at what point customers begin to churn, giving us the opportunity to intervene and prolong the customer’s lifetime in order to increase their lifetime value. · Marketing Campaign Analysis & Optimisation, looking at trends and patterns. Testing of different campaign formats, target markets etc.· Analyse, providing insight and propose optimised solutions for all player marketing activities including bonuses, conversion, promotions and retention and reactivation programs.· Develop bonus models in order to maximise return on investment.· Monitor and provide insights on player activity and behaviour.· Develop and generate reports on campaigns, promotions and KPI performance.· Analyse behavior on key conversion and revenue factors and make recommendations on how to improve campaigns and the site.· Conduct traffic analysis of key areas of the site. · Work with a wide range of statistical modeling methodologies and build statistical models for behavioral predictions · Conduct relevant analysis and trend monitoring in order to guide acquisition and retention campaigns. · Work with the product teams to analyse game playing habits, new game and bonus take-up and general player behaviour. · Analyse and segment the customer base, developing player profiles.· Work with the Acquisition and Product teams on the development of acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements:
· Excellent analytical and data modelling skills.· Strong statistical background.· Understanding of online gaming customer experience and customer journey.· Experience and understanding of online gaming marketing techniques and strategies. · Experience of key analytical tools, including web analysis tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Business Object etc.).· Able to write and understand SQL queries. · Advanced Microsoft Excel. · Excellent written, verbal and and presentation skills.· Experience of delivering and presenting findings to senior management.· Knowledge of online marketing techniques· Highly skilled at analysing and interpreting data.Salary: Negotiable
