Job Purpose:
To support the eCRM Manager in all areas of the eCRM strategy, reducing customer churn and increasing customer loyalty through email for all products – Sportsbetting, Casino, Poker, Bingo, and Games. Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with eCRM Manager and Product Managers to implement and execute email campaigns

• Construction of email campaigns from concept to completion
• Implementation of intelligent segmentation in order to send targeted communications.
• Copywriting
• Running reports/analysis on campaigns as requested
• Maintenance and analysis of CRM promotions

·         Segment the customer database in order to send targeted communications.·         Review, analyse and report on customer behaviour and reaction to promotional activity, looking at key metrics in order to enhance future promotional emails.·         Liaise with Designers and Product Managers on sourcing and implementing email imagery.·         Liaise with eCRM Manager and Product Managers the planning and scheduling of email campaigns.·         Build HTML email templates.·         Manage the email marketing platform, Silverpop·         Create and send ad-hoc email campaigns when needed by the business (e.g. customer account information, website changes, payment/deposit issues).·         Manage contactable/non-contactable customer database lists and self-excluded player lists. Requirements: 

• Written and spoken fluency in English, ideally with copywriting skills.
• Understanding of the principles of customer segmentation.

·         Experience of CRM systems, preferably Silverpop·         Keen and enthusiastic - a “can do” attitude is essential·         An eye for detail·         Ability to work as part of a team·         Interest and knowledge of online gaming·         Ability to work under pressure, to precise best practice guidelines while meeting deadlines·         Good level of proficiency in MS Excel/Access·         Any web skills - HTML/Dreamweaver/Adobe Photoshop - knowledge a huge plus.
