An excellent opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Customer Services Executive to move to the next level in their Gaming career, the role is responsible for on-line Casino retention with the aim of retaining and increasing the number of new players coming to the site, to manage back office auto campaigns and emails, implementation of targeted campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of the on line casino players, implementation of casino promotions – including design, testing promotion mechanics & systems, initiating and implementing marketing strategies and promotions, tailored to different customer requirements, co-ordination and communication of all activity with internal departments, retrieval and analysis of relevant information using the relevant admin tools, co-ordination of mailing and contact lists, checking the accuracy of the data and the segmentation of lists, initiating analytical activities to further develop existing campaigns, analysis and implementation of new strategies to the retention process using competitor analysis. Initiating contact with VIP Customers to build and maintain relationships.
